Hello!
После своих мучений решил написать мальнькое HOWTO для тех у кого не получается запустить Unreal на LInux.
(бывает такое с некоторыми дистрибутивами UT)
Требования -
CD с UnrealTournament, ut-install436.run, машина с Windows, 436й патч для Windows, установленные 3D драйвера.
Порядок действий :
1) Инсталируем UT на Win
2) Пропатчиваем его до 436го патча.
3) Уходим в Linux.
4) Монируем раздел с Win если он на локальной машине если нет
шарим его любым доступным способом на чтение (Samba :-) )
5) Читаем в README файле к ut-install-436.run как сэмулировать загрузочный дистриб ($export SETUP_CDROM=/path/to/cdrom)
6) В качестве путя к CD прописываем путь к установленному дитрибу Winows.
7) запускаем (из под root хотя наверно можно и из под пользователя) ut-install-436.run
6) Инсталируем
7) Стартуем UT и наслаждаемся.
Данный mini HOWTO в основном актуален для счастливых обладателей "левых" дистрибутивов UT так как с родными таких
проблем вроде не возникает.
