Тогда не знаю. Можно только поискать все существующие файлы db.h
и libdb* - вполне вероятно наличие где-нибудь всех трех версий
(а сейчас уже вроде бы и Berkeley DB 4 есть), прописать в
CPPFLAGS и LDFLAGS пути именно к нужным.
