Здраствуйте,
Как средствами uudecode получить раскодированный файл сжатый base64
(приходит в атаче), если добавляю в начале begin 600, а потом
uudecode file - получаю предупреждающую надпись short file и часть
перекодированного файла. Как правильно это делать?

uuencode и base64 используют разные алгоритмы кодирования. Для base64
попробуйте munpack.

uudecode -m filename

Добавляйте так:
begin-base64 600 filename
<данные>

А потом uudecode file.
