Для того чтобы можно было писать сидю-ки сделал эмуляцию scsi. До этого в
/etc/sysconfig/harddisc был файл в котором грузились установки сидюка. Теперь
же установки не грузятся.
В параметрах загрузки ядра стоит hdb=ide-scsi
Можно ли как-то при загружаемом ide-scsi выставлять параметры hdb - сидюка
беш?

Достаточно этого.
Свой резак ищите на /dev/scd0
Все старые параметры инициализации будут мешать. Уберите их.

Нифига сразу после загрузки не виден /dev/hdb равно как /dev/scd0. Что
конкретно нужно убрать?

Все. Заработало. Нужно было /dev/cdrom создать ссылкой на /dev/scd0.
