в постфике это можно настроить. но никто этого не делает, потому что
теряется смысл. обычная практика такова
1)пользователи "нашей" сети могут послать почту куда хотят (релей)
2)все, кому не лень, могут послать письмо "нашему" пользователю (почтовый
сервер).
если запретить соединение то получить почту через мта не удастся. только
послать.
