Попытался обновить в Спринге open-ldap до 2.0.21 (или хотя бы до 2.0.15)
Требует libunixODBC - где его взять?

А лучше -- возьмите openldap из updates к Spring, ему не нужна новая
версия.

Так я его и пытался поставить:
[root@mdk 0]# rpm -Uhv libldap-2.0.21-alt0.1spring.i586.rpm \
> openldap-2.0.21-alt0.1spring.i586.rpm \
> openldap-clients-2.0.21-alt0.1spring.i586.rpm \
> openldap-servers-2.0.21-alt0.1spring.i586.rpm --test
error: failed dependencies:
libunixODBC is needed by openldap-servers-2.0.21-alt0.1spring
и 2.0.15 тоже из updates/Spring2001 брал - то же самое, требует libunixODBC

Действительно, там была неправильная зависимость.
В updates/openldap-2.0.21-alt0.2spring она должна быть исправлена.
