а что собираете ? Возможно стоит посмотреть ./configure --help

1)перекодировать iconv
2) CTRL-T в mc.

естественно. По умолчанию кажется даже c++ компилятор не стоит только читый с. Да
и часть прог много чего хочет. Например если что-то KDE'ешное компайлите , то , скорее
всего Вам потребуется kde-devel, установка которого с сизифа влечёт за собой апгрейд
системы(.
