Ааа. Так после этого надо было сразу бежать с новым bootsect.lnx
к NT Loader на поклон...

Попробуйте -- в любом случае рядом с NT LILO напрягает вот такими
плясками...
PS: извиняюсь за пос[пм]ешище. Вы б сразу упомянули детали
загрузки и содержимое MBR ;-)
