И адреса провайдерских пулов заносятся в базы отстрела именно по этой
причине.

Порог есть только для количества адресатов в одном акте отсылки, и он
по умолчанию большой. Если адресатов у сообщения больше, оно будет
разослано в несколько подходов. Как бы иначе функционировали списки
рассылок?
Но это не повод для спама. Postfix -- хорошая система, она отомстит за
abuse :)
