Я ведь просто пересобрал src.rpm и установил.

Спасибо. Разобрался. Дело в том, что эта либа установилась как
/usr/lib/libGL.so.1.3.400, а ищется как /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.nvidia
Сделал линк. Все заработало.
