Здравствуйте, уважаемые!
После продолжительных и неуспешных попыток запустить vmware
в бакграунде, скачал у них попробовать GSX server.
Судя по описанию, то что надо. Но вылезла старая проблема -
не собирается vmmon module. Для vmware workstation 2.0.4
у меня есть патчик, с которым все срабатывало, в ситуации
с GSX это не проходит. На сайте vmware все перерыл, там есть
фраза, что с 2.4 ядрами вроде все должно работать, но за
исключением некоторых случаев. Переписка с ними тоже не привела
к желаемому результату, они все какими-то заготовками отписываются.
Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, как сделать, чтобы этот vmmon собрался,
может ядро подправить или чего-нибудь еще испортить?
В сообщениях (см. аттач) вроде вся ругань на работу с памятью.
