на мой взляд это тот случай когда надо оставлять без перевода
нет аналога в русском языке, к тому же темин (в английском варианте)
уже сильно укоренился, особенно среди Oraclе-истов.
P.S.
Русский аналог конечно есть, но у меня короче чем в целое
предложение не получается передать смысл понятия raw device.
