Дрова с http://www.heby.de/ltmodem версии 6.00 бета непомнюкакая.
Кстати в документации к дровам написано:
NOT supported include: Lucent Wildwire ADSL Client with PCI ids 11c1:0462 & soft AMR modems.
Поэтому извиняюсь за неправильную информацию - не разобрался, что не просто про LT-модемы был вопрос, а про AMR.
