Проблема была действительно в том что авторизация требуется по
PAP а pptp-command предполагает только CHAP, и еще - команда pptp
<server> user <user> remotename <name> mtu 1452 mru 1452 noauth
проходит, а pptp <server> call __default (или любое другое) не
прокатывает, а в pptp-command start и соответственно в pptptunnel
используется именно она.
Буду разбираться почему не работает в таком виде или просто
изменю pptp-command. Всем спасибо за помощь!
