Что проверять? Имеется Сизиф с ежедневным dist-upgrade, т.е все самое
последнее. Русский в KDE как пропал недели три назад, так я его и не видел.
Разумеется в Control Center язык выбран. Вообще, разбираться не досуг, но
хочется знать, где та строчка, в каком файле, которая отвечает за локализацию
интерфейса KDE. В ~/.kderc есть раздел [Locale], но его содержимое ни на что
не влияет. Если такой строчки нет и проблема глубже - бардак, и надо
разбираться.
