Как мне видится - это самый простой и очевидный вариант.
Так уже переносил систему, причем тачки были разные и система бала размазана
по нескольким файловым системам. Потом просто подправил нужные конфиги.
Главное чтобы размеры ФС на машинах были одинаковы.
