Он все-равно заголовок сам создает там дата "кракозябрами" :-(
Да и в ps конвертировать должен уметь, ему-б наверно только
шрифты указать правильные, только вот не соображу как :-(

дык, он сам по тайм-ауту переотправляет,
более того от разных "неудачных попыток" разные таймауты
вроде все так и работает, хотя пока только тестирую
нагрузки практически нет
