Делаем сейчас такую же задачу, если будет что-то удобоваримое
кроме нам (пока ничего такого не предвидится), можно будет
выложить. Идея такая: есть цепочка с правилами для каждого
отдельного пользователя, можно отдельно выделить например
почтовый трафик. Данные с нее снимаются каждые пять минут и
накапливаются в MySQL. Потом с ними можно делать что угодно (вот
этого что угодно пока просто нет, да и остальные части очень
далеки от совершенства)
