Может, скорее GIS?

Большинство из перечисленного - не самые дешевые продукты.
Назначение перечисленного - разное, возможно не подходящее. Это кусочки CAD-ов, ГИС-моделлеры тоже можно найти свободные есть, насколько хороши - не знаю.
