тут все оригинальнее, по какой-то причине при обновлении пакетов не
ставяться .po файлы... и тут не только KDE, а в том числе sylpheed,nt и т.д.
- это то, на чем было замечено, после насильственной переустановки этих же
пакетов, вроде бы встало, а что не встало, то ручками....
