Почему? Вполне может. Сам лично маялся с Cyrix MediaGX/233, 32M
и 144M DiskOnChip 2000. Хорошего, правда, мало - у MediaGX дико
глючит встроенная графика (нормально работает, похоже, только с
noaccel и SWCursor), для DiskOnChip для ядер 2.x binary-only
драйвер (и система грузится только с хакнутым LILO). Да и вообще
BogoMips у этого чуда порядка 72 :-(((

Эмуляция int13 под Linux ничем не поможет - она нужна только для
загрузки ядра.
