Вот что пишут про 3Com U.S. Robotics 56K Fax PCI
"Заметим, что установка модема на тестовом компьютере под
управлением ОС Linux не вызвала никаких проблем: достаточно одной
команды, параметры можно посмотреть по команде man setserial,
никакие дополнительные драйверы не требуются. "
Это правда? Стоит связываться? Или лучше классическое решение с
внешним модемом?
