squid?
ограничение на разрешенные расширения+ограничение по размеру
файла - прорвать можно только имея на другом конце хорошего друга
который положит на свой сервер 50 файлов *.jpg которые при
переименовании окажутся кусками mp3. Но с этим имхо уже вообще
никак не поборешься :)
