Почитайте обсуждение в архиве рассылки по Sisyphus. Проблема со
шрифтами, попробуйте удалить 75 dpi шрифты и попробовать разные
шрифты в настройках gtkhtml (gnomecc), шрифт для переменной
ширины лучше взять ttf.
