Здравствуйте!
Вот такая история.
Время от времени у меня начинал сильно жужжать HDD, жужжал около 30 сек., а
затем вешалась вся система (только Reset). Повторялось раза три за две
недели. В последний раз я успел закрыть все активные приложения - жужжание не
прекратилось. Тогда заметил виновника через ksysguard - им оказался slocate
(кстати, запущенный от root'a). Судя по всему, он выполнял поиск и почему-то
умирал после его завершения.
Система - Junior 1.1. Возможно, это как-то связано с galeon (0.12-alt2) или
Kmail (kdenetwork-2.2-alt10).
В связи с этим возникают вопросы:
1) Чё он ищет?
2) Как этого избежать?
3) Один ли я такой?

P.S. Последнее время он унёс с собой настройки Kmail'a - приходится
прописывать по новой. Абыдна.
