Шлюзом принято(условно) назначать последний (но почемуто долают первый) адресс в подсети.
А у тебя судя по адресу 129 совсем не понятно.
Если у тебя сеть 195.151.236.0/24 то странный адрес выбран для шлюза.
Если 195.151.236.128/25 то маска не правильная. (должна быть 255.255.255.128)
Если 195.151.236.0/25 - можно и не обсуждать - все не правильно :)
