Как я понял, предлагается два варианта:
1. mplayer - Скачал и собрал версию 0.5 (у меня была пре-)
Сегодня, к сожалению, нет репортажей, mplayer опробую завтра.
2. avifile - Здесь вопрос. На сайте http://divx.euro.ru
предлагается как стабильная версия 0.5*, что и в сизифе. Качать
0.6 из cvs и собирать? Может кто-нибудь уже сделал и поделится с
народом?

ЗЫ А все из-за того, что nhl.com перехал под MSN, а как все
было чудненько в прошлом сезоне - real audio и GameCast давали
полное real time ощущение на моем тонком дайл-ап канале.
