Посмотрите в сторону aviplay (divx.euro.ru). Только не берите ту,
что в Сизифе - там старье. Возьмите девелоперскую версию там и
asf есть и т.п.
А насчет плагинов - посмотрите MozStreamer (не уверен, но вроде
есть в debian-unstable). Ищется на www.mozilla.org. Жаль что ее
нет в Sisyphus.
