man ssh, там очень хорошо написано
надо взять файл ~/.ssh/id_dsa.pub (если вы по протоколу 2 ходите) и
добавить его содержимое в ~/.ssh/known_hosts2 на сервере. И проследить
чтобы этот файл был доступен для чтения только вам
