Добавьте этот адрес в директиву Listen в секции Global Environment
RA> Так мне на это ругается и выдает Error: Can't write file
RA> "etc/httpd"/conf/vhosts/Vhosts.conf No such file or directory.
Закомментируйте строчку:
Include conf/vhosts/Vhosts.conf в секции Add-on Modules
RA> Как узнать, запущен ли apache?
service httpd status
RA> Как его запустить/перезапустить вручную?
service httpd start|stop|restart
