В этом ящике нужно выбрать папку "Входящие" - Sylpheed
подключится к серверу и обновит список сообщений. По крайней
мере в 0.6.3 это работает.
К сожалению, обнаружилась еще одна проблема: письма с
imap.hotbox.ru не удаляются. Sylpheed пытается их переместить в
папку Trash, а сервер не дает ее создать. В результате письма из
папки вроде бы исчезают, но при следующем заходе появляются
снова. Так что удалять свалившиеся на следующий же день после
регистрации адреса 600К спама (как только успевают, гады)
пришлось через pine.
По этому поводу быструю доделку не обещаю - еще надо подумать, в
каком виде представить удаление сообщений. Делать expunge сразу
по Execute вроде бы неправильно, особенно при режиме
немедленного выполнения команд. Видимо, надо вводить для этого
отдельную команду, скрывать сообщения, помеченные на удаление,
делать команду для их показа...
