1) При помощи утилит от 3Com см/меняй "железные"
установки карты.
2) Попробуй драйвер 3c90x, хотя и 3c5x9 тоже обычно
работает.
3) Приведите таки информацию, о которой уже говорили -
без этого получается не help, а гадание на кофейной гуще.

ввиду несинхронизации почты дома и на работе
потерял адрес, с кем был разговор насчет этого.
вроде должна быть статья, и тогда выкладываю на сайт,
а пока за кнопкой временно эти файлы
