К сожалению, в информации о пакетах mgetty-sendfax и hylafax-client не
сказано, что они конфликтуют. Поэтому Вам следует удалить один из них (или
оба, если Вы не собираетесь пользоваться ни одним из них):
rpm -e hylafax-client mgetty-sendfax
После этого можно повторить неудачно завершившуюся команду "apt-get
dist-upgrade".

Насколько я понимаю, все скачанные пакеты находятся в каталоге
/var/cache/apt/archives и, следовательно, повторной закачки Вам не
потребуется.
