может не туда, но вроде видел вопросы по Юниору тут..
ситуация такая.
ставлю на комп такой конфигурации
Soltec 75kav+
Duron 750
256Mb
hda - Quantum 20Gb (UltraATA)
hdb - Fuji 6,4Gb
hdc - Sony 48x cd-rom
RivaTNT2Ultra
итак. кладем диск в дисковод, запускаем, и через несколько минут
(примерно в момент "нахождения" cd-rom инсталлятором) падаем.
Если отключить первый винт (ставлю на второй), то падаем гораздо
позже, в момент когда он уже не нашел SCSI... :( Spring на этом
живет.. (ядро 2.2.19 или 2.4.2 - выше не пробовал)...

Может, его с UDMA снять в биосе?

А что по этому поводу в консолях (4-5, если не ошибаюсь)?
