я уже писал что у меня rsync работает как часы если указывается конкретная директория и гарантированно вылетает по таймауту на директории base а также при попытке отзеркалить целую ветку с сервера.
- директорию base я не качаю а создаю genbasedir
- указываю конкретные каталоги с rpms и SRPMS
так и живем
у меня rsynk работает через прокси
