По-моему, тактика неверная. Надо поставить одной строкой apt и
apt-devel с alt4. Все зависимости и удовлетворятся. Это же легко
проверить. Но, главное, не запускать собственное хозяйство и
пользоваться только apt. Внимательно читать его подсказки и
делать то, что советует. Тупиков там не бывает.
