Конечное решение не скажу, но для OpenSSH в /etc/openssh/sshd_config
посмотрите параметры
PubkeyAuthentication
RSAAuthentication
и каталоги
/etc/openssh/authorized_keys
/etc/openssh/authorized_keys2

Смотря какие ресурсы. Можно общаться через samba, ftp, nfs, ldap...
