А почему-бы не перенять опыт Mandrake:

По-моему достаточно эффективная мера, по совмещению платных и бесплатных
видов тех. поддержки, а также стимуляции тех кто ее осуществляет. И при этом
есть доход компании :-))
Хотелось бы услышать мнение ALTLinux.
