Сам возился с этой картой, конечно же приходилось собирать его при каждой
сборке ядра, только у меня была ep-320x-s. Ну а команда:
все в одну строку:
gcc -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/include/netinet -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes
-O2 -c fealnx.c
Помнимательнее посмотрите на параметр -I (для 2.2.х был
/usr/scr/linux/net/inet), не уверен в нем и сначала был -O6.
