Ого. Сурьёзно... :( А железо менять пробовали?
У меня на домашней машине тоже самосборный (правда процентов на 95%) сизиф,
но ТАКОГО ниразу не видел! Ошибок много и разных, но чтоб segfault... А gcc
не битый?

А вот тут есть маленькая тонкость, если я правильно понял. Коль начинаем
собирать собственноручно, то надо создавать собственный репозитарий пакетов.
