Ну это не проблема.
Изначальные данные:
1. BIND 8 или 9 и у тебя и у провайдера
2. Желание провайдера это обеспечивать
Далее все просто:
Провайдер настраивает свой BIND на то, что он реверсную сеть собирает по
кусочкам от клиентов.
А ты настраиваешь свой BIND в соответствии с RFC2317:
