Можно держать кэш ID сообщений и отражать те, ID которых уже
засвечены. Пример есть в документации по procmail/formail.
Хотя, злые глупые роботы могут и ID каждый раз отрезать так же, как и
'X-BeenThere:'
P.S. Меня сегодня выдворили с работы рано (не было и 22:30 :)), потому
что, дескать, Windows-машины штурмует новый вирус типа CodeRed. Куда
катится этот мир...
