Вообще-то, SPEC-файлы для модулей PHP спланированы так, что обновления делаются
автоматически с учетом возможности использования конкретного модуля в той
или иной среде (веб-сервер, командная строка). В случае Саблотрона,
возможно Rider не доглядел. Rider, ау!
