Я тоже напоролся на эти грабли (думал, что задержка в минутах). Причем
тоже именно эту цифру и задал -- 5. И лишь значительно позже, когда
начались проблемы с fetchmail, и man fetchmail просто пришлось внимательно
читать, а не простомтреть, я опомнился и заменил 5 на 300. Эрик Рэймонд,
конечно, гений, и fetchmail -- штука замечательная, но что мешало ему
в "средстве легкой настройки", fetchmailconf, спросить не просто
"интервал ______"
а
"интервал ______ секунд"
-- для меня загадка.
