Сделайте в последней графе "xr" вместо "x"....
А ещё лучше - сархивируйте этот файл в .zip архив
командой zip и удалите :)
Hint:
сей архиватор, как и все околодосовские абсолютно не
имеет смысла в Unix-системах, где tar/gzip и tar/bz2
перекрывают все потребности.
Для обмена же есть:
zip/unzip - формат pkzip
macutils - макинтошные штучки
unrar (и при необходимости - rar)
lharc и прочие unarj-ы
