Динамические пусть отправляют через smtp своего провайдера.

smtp - это только отправлять :)

В стандарном конфиге должен быть (давно не смотрел) набор правил,
что-то вроде:
smtpd_sender_restrictions = permit_mynetworks,check_relay_domains
smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
permit_mynetworks,check_relay_domains, reject
Смысл заклинаний подробно расписан в документации, вкратце -
принимаются письма из сети, прописанной в mynetworks, или для
домена, прописанного в mydestination или relay_domains.
Кстати, мог и наврать, доки достовернее :)
