Не _вытаскивать_ из src-rpm.
Либо rpm --rebuild <tram-pam-pam>.src.rpm
Либо rpm -ivh <tram-pam-pam>.src.rpm
cd /usr/src/RPM/SPECS
rpm -ba <tram-pam-pam>.spec
Выход - готовая RPM-ка.
