Дык сделать transparent proxy (iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -s
network_address -p tcp -d 0/0 --destination-port 80 -j REDIRECT --to-ports
3128, далее в настройках сквида:
http_port 3128
httpd_accel_host virtual
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_headers on
ну и назначаем acl, сам сейчас не помню, смотри на opennet.ru
