А вообще - наличие telnet и "безопасность" несовместимы.
Используйте Secure Shell

В дистрибутив входит Mozilla, обновления доступны из
Sisyphus.
Netscape - это "кастрированный" вариант оной, к тому же
неподдерживаемый разработчиками дистрибутива.
