Я так полагаю, "интимное общение" не монополизировано ни PM в
частности (о котором я, до того, как увидел вёрстку "обновлённой"
"Компьютерры" был, мягко говоря, лучшего мнения -- наверно, такая
"вёрстка" не от кривости рук компьютерровских верстальщиков?), ни
Adobe в целом.

Тут, видимо, сказывается специфика прессы -- за короткий срок
сверстать большое количество материала. TeX для сложной вёрстки
требует вдумчивой и аккуратной работы и весьма высокой квалификации.
Периодические издания, по-видимому, требуют дешёвых и быстрых
решений, и качество приносится в жертву.

Да... вероятно... Но нулевой межсловный интервал -- это, всё-таки,
уж слишком! Так что мой диагноз PM-у после этого -- прежний:
абсолютно не пригоден к использованию по декларированному
назначению.
